An update regarding the adult crossing guards on 80th and 77th posted to the front page. - Saturday, September 04, 2010From Seattle Transportation Department:
At this time we have not been able to hire an Adult Crossing Guard for 13th Ave NW & NW 80th St and. 13th Ave NW & NW 77th St due to retirements.
We are getting applications in daily and as soon as we get one in your area we assign them to you.

We need all hands on deck on Friday, Sept. 3rd at 10am to help stuff the first day packets! - Tuesday, August 17, 2010Come one, Come all! It’s time to start preparing for heading back to school!
We need all hands on deck on Friday, Sept. 3rd at 10am. We’ll be stuffing First Day packets in the lunchroom, and could use all the help we can get.
If you can come for an hour, or for more, your assistance will be much appreciated!! We expect to wind down around 2 – 3 pm.
Make a deal with a friend to have one adult hang out on the playground with kiddos, while the other one collates forms…
